Through our Crisis Stabilization Unit (CSU), Staff Secure Residential (SSR) program, Hospital Diversion program (New Vistas), and Jefferson Hills Academy (Day Treatment services), we use some of the most current evidence-based practices, interventions, data-informed services, and protocols to address the complex needs of vulnerable children and youth, and their families.

Who We're Looking For

Jefferson Hills seeks to hire individuals who are compassionate, energetic, creative, eager to learn, and love working with children/youth and their families.  Positions include direct care staff (milieu counselors), therapists, teachers, nurses, dietary cooks, maintenance staff and a variety of support staff.

Employment Requirements

Because Jefferson Hills is a licensed Residential Child Care Facility, all positions require a Colorado Bureau of Investigation (CBI) criminal background check; a Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) criminal background check, a Child Abuse and Neglect Records Check through the Colorado Department of Human Services’ (CDHS) Trails database, two (2) separate drug screens; an academic credential verification, and a reference check.

Applicants must be 21 years of age or older.
