Programs That Make a Difference

Jefferson Hills provides a continuum of intensive services through inpatient, crisis stabilization, substance use disorder, and day treatment programs.  All our programs focus on strengthening children, youth, and families through evidence-based practices and data-informed services.  Safety, trauma-informed care, family engagement, and hope are the cornerstones of all aspects of our care.  Partnering with community providers, we link our services for aftercare and follow-up services.

New Vistas, our inpatient, hospital alternative program, has served more than 5,000 children/youth ages 5–18 ½ that are imminently dangerous to themselves and/or others.

As part of the Colorado Crisis Services system, we provide a Child/Youth Crisis Stabilization Unit for children/youth ages 5–21.  A health and clinical screening can be completed 24/7/365 for any child/youth with a self-identified crisis.

Jefferson Hills Academy provides day treatment services to students in several school districts in and around the metro Denver area.  We specialize in services for students on the autism spectrum.
